Battery Disposal Instructions

In connection with the sale of batteries or the delivery of devices that contain batteries, we are obliged to draw your attention to the following:
As an end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. You can return old batteries that we have or have had in our range as new batteries to our shipping warehouse (shipping address) free of charge. The symbols shown on the batteries have the following meaning:
The symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin means that the battery must not be disposed of with household waste.
Pb = battery contains more than 0,004 mass percent lead
Cd = battery contains more than 0,002 mass percent cadmium
Hg = battery contains more than 0,0005 percent by mass of mercury.

1. Note on the disposal of used batteries The following notice is aimed at those who use batteries or products with built-in batteries and no longer resell them in the form supplied to them (end users)
1.1 Free return of used batteries Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. You are legally obliged to return old batteries so that professional disposal can be guaranteed. As a distributor of batteries, we are obliged to take back old batteries, whereby our obligation to take back is limited to old batteries of the type that we have or have had as new batteries in our range. You can either return old batteries of the type mentioned above to us with sufficient postage or hand them in directly to the following address free of charge:
