The 3-year guarantee provided for this product is assumed by us from the date of sale by an authorized specialist dealer under the following conditions:

1. In the event of complaints based on manufacturing defects, we will assume all material costs incurred for the entire duration of the guarantee. At our option, we will repair the defective product, replace defective parts, or replace the entire product with a like good product. Exclusions from the guarantee:
The Leica Calonox models are protected against water (1 m, 30 min) and dust. The device was tested under controlled laboratory conditions and is classified under IP60529 according to DIN EN 67. Please note: Splash and dust resistance is not permanent and will decrease over time. The warranty does not cover liquid damage. Opening the device by an unauthorized dealer or service partner will void the warranty for splash water and dust.

Claims for warranty services do not apply if the defect in question is due to improper handling - which can also include the use of third-party accessories -, intervention by unauthorized persons and workshops or the serial number has been made unrecognizable.

Nitecore

Prerequisites for claiming the guarantee:
We grant a guarantee of up to 5 years for our products. Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace any Nitecore product that is no longer working properly.

After each warranty period expires, all Nitecore products are backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. The limited lifetime warranty covers labor and maintenance excluding accessories or replacement parts.

Within the period covered by the warranty, Nitecore will replace defective products with an upgraded model of the same series or one with similar performance for customers if the replacement cannot be made on time, if certain products are discontinued and cannot be repaired for certain reasons.

Within 30 days of purchase: return the product to the retailer you purchased it from and they will replace or repair it.

Return the product to Olight and we will repair or replace it as long as the lamp is not working due to factory defects.

After 5 years of purchase: Return the product to Olight and we will repair or replace it. We will assess the associated charges and will let you know as soon as we receive them.

ZEISS guarantees for a period of two (2) years from the original
date of purchase that the purchased product is free from defects in materials and workmanship ("Warranty"). During the warranty period, defects will be remedied free of charge by ZEISS, at its option, by repairing or replacing with an equivalent product in working condition.

TERMS OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR THERMAL IMAGE DEVICES:
ZEISS warrants to end users that this ZEISS thermal imaging device (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship (“Extended Warranty”) for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. The guarantee applies to all products purchased from 2020 onwards. However, please note that any accessories without a serial number are excluded from the extended warranty. The extended guarantee is only valid if the product is registered with Carl Zeiss AG within four (4) weeks of the date of purchase. If you do not register within this period, the guarantee will not take effect. The extended warranty is for end users only.

How to get the extended warranty:
Register your product online at Carl Zeiss AG within four (4) weeks after purchase www.zeiss.com/cop/registration. After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation with a registration number directly from ZEISS. The registered data is intended for internal use only. They are only exchanged between ZEISS and its sales company for ZEISS Consumer Products and are not passed on to third parties.

Warranty period (from receipt of the goods):
2+1 years (2 years basis, +1 year if the customer registers their product with Zeiss within 4 weeks of purchase)

Scope:
Worldwide in all countries where Zeiss thermal imaging devices are sold.

Asserting the warranty:
Please always send your device in the original packaging or similar packaging and with the registration confirmation, either directly to our customer service in Wetzlar (address see below) or via an authorized ZEISS dealer. Please don't forget to include the following:
• a copy of the completed warranty card (if available)
• a copy of the proof of purchase
• Repair form obtained from the ZEISS Consumer Products website in the Service & Repairs area

Please note that these copies are required in order to be able to make a claim under the guarantee. Please describe briefly what is to be repaired - this will speed up the process and you will get your device back faster. Our repair form will help you with this. You can find this on our homepage in the Service & Repairs section. Simply fill out the form and send it in with your well-packaged product.
Your statutory warranty rights are not affected by the warranty and/or by the extended warranty. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Exclusions from the guarantee:
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty excludes claims based on indirect, special, penal, incidental or
consequential damages. This warranty also does not apply if the defect is due to misuse, neglect, accidental damage, alteration of the product or
improper handling, including processing of the product by unauthorized workshops or persons. This guarantee
expires if the damage was caused by using accessories that were not sold or approved by ZEISS. This warranty covers
does not cover claims resulting from natural disasters (e.g. flood, storm, fire) or acts of war or terrorism, and applies
not for damage resulting from combat situations. Any extension of service under this warranty to cover damage resulting from the
above circumstances arise at the sole discretion of ZEISS.
