The Rico model series from IRay are state-of-the-art thermal imaging aiming devices that are characterized by a modern and compact design differ from the classic 30 millimeter center tube design. The second edition of the RH50R far exceeds the performance of its predecessor.
The display shows thermal imaging objects at a very high resolution 2560 2560 x pixels razor-sharp. Thanks to the modern AMOLED matrix, the individual pixels are reproduced brightly and with extreme accuracy. Another special feature is the color fidelity of unexposed areas; these do not have a grayish glow, but are completely dark, as in real observation.
The high-resolution thermal imaging detector 12 microns Basis sometimes offers 20 microkelvins Sensitivity an enormously detailed representation of the smallest temperature differences. This makes it easier to detect the target object, as it can be identified quickly and clearly. The extra high resolution of 640 512 x pixels contributes to even better visibility.
The thermal imaging target device is a range specialist with a detection range of over 2,5 kilometers. In addition, there is one Laser Range Finder (LRF) was installed, which can measure objects up to a distance of 1,2 kilometers.
The zoom is carried out conveniently by a rotating ring, which also has a nose, which makes the position easy to use even in complete darkness. Speaking of hand - this also means that it can be operated with gloves.
With IP67 protection, the device can be used regardless of the weather and can also be used with large calibers thanks to its high bullet resistance of 6000 joules.
In addition to WiFi for data transfer and sharing the live view, there is also a 32 gigabyte video recorder on board.
The power supply comes from the new one IBP-5 battery, which provides up to 4,4 hours of energy with 5,5 amp hours. The battery can then be supplied with power again directly via the USB cable in the device or in the separate charging cradle.
