Description

Pulsar Merger LRF XL50

Thermal Imager Handheld

Binocular version

The latest model of the Pulsar binoculars is the first thermal imaging device with a vanadium oxide sensor, characterized by a resolution of 1024 768 x pixels resolves in HD. And that with a pixel size of only 12 microns. Observations are thus possible with a hitherto unthinkable brilliance. The level of detail is so sharp and accurate that the Merger has become a true specialist for identifying game, trophies, people and all other heat sources.

As with daylight binoculars, a special feature is the optical magnification 2,5 to 20x remotest targets can be inspected. The zoom distance can be stepless or in steps of 2. This results in a range of 2,3 kilometers. This can still be done with the digital zoom of up to 8 x be refined.

The field of view of 14 ° results in a field of view of almost 100 meters 25 meters. What is special about the angle is that the ratio of field of view (FOV) to magnification is optimal, so that the best possible observation is possible in every zoom range.

The merger models are particularly suitable for frequent user and long sessions. The binocular format does not tire so much, since both hands are used for holding. Second benefit is utility both eyes, which is noticeable after a very short time compared to a monocular. By using both eyes, the observation is more natural, there is less strain on the brain and eyes.

The Service takes place via 2 centrally arranged rows of buttons, the respective buttons are raised and can therefore also be felt at night. The central unit reacts as soon as you touch it and immediately provides the most important functions.

The laser rangefinder (LRF) can detect objects such as a deer up to a distance of one kilometer, the tolerance is only +- 1 meter.

The Power Supply takes place in 2 ways. A battery is permanently installed and the 2nd battery is an external one that can be used within seconds at any time Pulsar battery quick-change system can be exchanged. Depending on user behavior, this results in a total running time of 8h.

Photos as well as videos can be taken. the VCR can data up to 16 GB save in device. In addition, by WiFi the current observation can be streamed live to 4 other people. For this, each participant needs a smartphone or tablet as well as the Pulsar Stream Vision 2 app (see link below).
