The new iRay AFFO series is primarily aimed at Beginner in the world of thermal imaging observation. Thanks to the attractive price, the performance of the devices cannot of course keep up with the high-end models, but they do score points complete equipment.
The vanadium oxide type thermal image sensor produces photos with a resolution of 384 x 288 pixels dar. To do this, the built-in OLED-capable screen display image and video material with 720 x 540 pixels.
The sensitivity of less than 40 microkelvin lead to detailed thermal images with the finest gradations of the thermal image zones. Combined with the 19 millimeters large lens, high-contrast observations are also possible.
The hand-held observation device in the Mini Size is so small and light that it can always be carried in the pocket.
Photos and videos can be stored, the internal VCR provides 32 gigabytes of memory. If you turn the WiFi function on, up to 4 smartphones can be supplied with the current image at the same time.
