Monocular version
The thermal imaging monocular in the 2nd revision was equipped with a more powerful detector and a larger lens aperture compared to the previous model. The FH50R V2 also has one Laser rangefinders and a battery quick-change system.
The high sensor resolution of 640 480 x pixels with a pitch of just 12 micrometers is one of the strengths. This allows the smallest details of any heat source to be determined. With a sensitivity of less than 20 microkelvin, it is suitable for use even in the most difficult temperature conditions, such as extreme heat or freezing cold. In weather conditions where the temperature differs little from the surroundings, it is a major challenge to be able to distinguish a heat source from the surroundings.
The large lens with a diameter of 50 millimeters and a bright F1.1 aperture, this combination enables particularly low-noise imaging with a high level of detail.
A target can be detected at a distance of over 2,5 kilometers. This and the field of view of over 15 meters on a 100 meter long field make the thermal imaging camera an all-round talent, not just for professional users.
The built-in screen is the latest AMOLED Equipped with technology that can reproduce images particularly realistically, with high contrast and bright light. It is also energy efficient and known for its optimal black levels.
Like all thermal imaging devices from InfiRay, this model has been equipped with numerous features such as PiP (Picture-in-Picture), various color modes and hot spot tracking. The device also has an algorithm that continuously gets the best out of the image.
The video recorder can record up to 32 gigabytes of images and video clips and, using Wi-Fi, several people can take part in the observation live via app and smartphone.
The Battery changing system supplies the FH50R V2 with energy for around 5,5 hours. A suitable charger including a second battery is included.
