The digital Add-on eyepiece NV007S from the manufacturer Pard is based on the previous model NV007A. The use as Handheld-Night Vision Camera or for mounting on a daylight optics is still one of the strengths thanks to the dual-use capability.
The new model now has one selectable infrared radiator (focusable), optionally with a wavelength of 850 or 940 nanometers. The 850 model has a range of 200 meters and therefore shines a little brighter. The 940 model has a detection distance of 140 meters and is considered wild insensitive, so ideal for red deer.
This Germany version has no switchable reticle and no target laser and is therefore not subject to any legal restrictions on use.
The built thermal imaging sensor amazed by the high resolution of 1024 x 786 pixels, with which the digital chip can deliver images and video material in full HD. The same applies to the internal one OLED screen.
Due to the 16 mm large objective lens and the possibility of enlargement from 1,5 - 6x offers a multifaceted observation, which should not only be interesting for hunting.
It is also possible to take photos and videos too to save, this is only a commercial Micro SD card required (not included). In addition, the residual light amplifier also has one WiFi function.
The lithium ion used Battery is not permanently installed, depending on use it lasts for about 4h, and should ideally be recharged using an external charger. The supplied USB cable can be used for a USB power bank and to Data transmission should be used.
The containing Adapter is supplied with reducing sleeves in order to be able to adapt the adapter to the existing optics.
