The hand-held thermal observation device is the latest version, with more powerful components, new intelligent software as well as a built-in laser range finder.
The Pulsar Axion 2 models are those that stand out for their lightweight and extremely compact Shape are one of the most popular models. The camera weighs under a pound and can almost fit in the palm of your hand. But that doesn't mean that the manufacturer has skimped on quality, because the case is made of an extremely solid magnesium alloy. In addition, it is waterproof and even survives a short fall into the water without any problems.
The rangefinder radiates at a wavelength of 905 nanometers and is therefore invisible to the eyes of animals and humans. The distance to a target object can be calculated with a tolerance of +-1 meter to a kilometer.
The thermal sensor offers with a temperature sensitivity of less than 25 microkelvins are the best prerequisites for being able to identify a wide variety of heat sources quickly and precisely. This is particularly noticeable when visibility is not optimal, such as when it rains or snows.
Thermal imaging sources are supported by the new Lynred chipset recorded, this chip made in Europe works with the most modern technology for signal processing. This enables very high-quality image generation, which astonishes with sharp and clear reproductions.
The objective lens measures 35 millimeters, it is big enough to be able to generate a high transmission in the long-chain IR range, which noticeably leads to a detailed observation.
The built-in screen works with modern AMOLED LEDs, these self-illuminating diodes score with ideal black values and a strong, lively color scale.
Eight different ones are available to the user color palettes available, with each one the target can always be set off as best as possible from the surrounding thermal radiation. The color modes available are white-hot, black-hot, red-hot, rainbow, ultramarine, red monochrome, sepia and violet.
New to WiFi streaming is the 5 GHz band, which significantly improves the connection to a smartphone, the incoming image signal is therefore significantly better than in the 2,4 GHz network. Photos and video clips can also be recorded using the internal memory Gigabyte 16 Capacity.
The APS5 exchangeable battery ensures the operating time of up to 11 hours. Thanks to the special design, it can be easily changed within seconds. An optional power bank can also be connected.
