The merger series are binocular thermal imaging scopes in classic binocular design. The LRF XQ35 is that smallest Model at the most attractive price. But that doesn't mean that cutbacks have to be made in terms of equipment, only the hardware isn't as powerful as the two larger models.

The thermal sensor is a VOx chip with a resolution of 384 288 x pixels with a pixel size of 17 microns. Through the almost 19 meters wide field of view the use is also very suitable for field hunting and on the hide, as well as for extensive observation. When it came to the optics, Pulsar placed particular value on the ideal relationship between field of view and zoom, so that a natural image is always reproduced.

Above all, the merger models are long-term specialists, because holding it with both hands does not put so much strain on the arms and shoulders, and using both eyes to look is more beneficial to natural human vision, which also relieves the strain compared to a monocular.

The operating concept was implemented in an extremely user-friendly manner, the menus and functions are controlled via the central keypad. The buttons can also be felt, so they can also be used at night and with gloves.

The built-in LRF (laser rangefinder) can be used to size the target. The measurement can be made up to one kilometer. The accuracy amounts to a deviation of only one meter.

The power is supplied by the built-in and replaceable battery. The two Batteries have energy for about 11 hours. Thanks to the quick-change system, the external battery can then be changed in no time at all.

It is also a VCR available, which has a memory of 16 gigabytes for pictures and videos. Furthermore, via Wi-Fi the Stream Vision 2 app can be used to share the observation with 4 colleagues and to update the software.
