The adapter with cover for 50 millimeter optics is made of metal. This adapter cover is required to attach a thermal imaging attachment to an optic with a lens diameter of 50 millimeters.

The supplied inserts are used to precisely adjust the outer diameter of the optics to the adapter.

The components of the housing construction consist mainly of metals of different kinds. The screws, the spring, the fixing clamp and the pins are made of proven steel. The Pulsar DN adapter cover was made of light metal, it is characterized by its low weight and optimal hold.

The insert rings, which are required for mounting the adapter cover on the lens of the optics, may only be used and no other manufacturers to ensure the best transition of both elements. These are suitable for telescopes, binoculars and scopes (scopes). The cast rings made of plastic form a gentle connection between both devices and ensure an all-round balanced pressure for the best installation security.

Fixed the whole thing is made quick and safe by a clamp, which is firmly locked to the device by a retaining claw. The locking takes place horizontal of the optics, thus preventing accidental twisting of the DN 50 mm adapter. The retaining claw can do both right as well as on the left be positioned.

The continuous operation is authoritative, even for daylight scopes mounted on large caliber rifles. The adapter tool can also be used with higher temperatures to be used. The high reliability and durability characterize this DN50mm cover ring adapter.

The attached cover provides protection when the night vision device is not in use. For assembly no tool required, a suitable Allen key is included in the delivery.
