Is it possible to power the device from two AA 3,7 volt lithium-poly multi-cell batteries and two replica (third-party) batteries of the same size?
Basically yes, since the rifle scope will work even with a voltage overshoot of 1,4 V. Background: Lithium-polymer batteries have a protective function in which the batteries no longer carry current above a certain threshold. In the case mentioned here, however, it is possible that the device could display a full battery level until it is finally discharged and you will not receive any reliable information about the actual battery level.
When zeroing in, my target looks overexposed. I can't get a permanent high-contrast image of the target.
Always keep in mind that the Digisight night scopes are designed for use in very low light conditions. If the device is to be used in daylight, we recommend the following solution: Drill a central hole no larger than 4-5mm in the protective lens cover. As a result, excess light is reliably diverted. Depending on the application, the use of an additional light filter has also proven itself.
Is it possible to operate the Digisight N750 / N770 with the software of the Digisight N750A / N770A?
This is not possible. Pulsar offers a corresponding and specially designed software for each model. Background: The models usually differ in numerous electronic components, which require an individual software solution. For this reason, only the software of the respective model should be used. Software upgrades are therefore not possible.
