What is Autogating / ATG ?
The ATG function optimizes the image in terms of contrast and quality. ATG ensures optimal performance of the picture tube, in addition ATG prevents damage from overexposure and protects the eye from light glare. ATG can demonstrate its advantages particularly in changing light conditions. When firing a weapon, ATG prevents muzzle flashes from blinding the user.
