The new product series "Holo" from InfiRay are thermal imaging devices with a reflex sight, i.e. an attached screen to be able to acquire targets without delay.
The external screen has a size of 2,69 inch and is equipped with an AMOLED panel. These modern LEDs are economical and still extremely bright. Another advantage is that unexposed areas are really dark and do not attract attention with a gray haze, which is the major disadvantage of LCD technology.
The focal point of the thermal imaging device is the application. By the Head-Up Display the user can react very quickly without having to prepare an eye for sighting. In situations where speed is important, this can be the key to success. The Holo series is also extremely compact and easy to use.
The VOx thermal imaging sensor has a resolution of 384 x 288 pixels with a pixel density of 12 micrometers. The detector detects the finest temperature differences with a sensitivity of less than 40 microkelvins.
The case is through IP67 protected in wet conditions such as rain or snowfall. It is mounted using a Picatinny rail. Photos and videos can also be taken, with 32 gigabytes of memory installed.
The Switch-on delay is just 3 seconds, then the device is immediately ready for use. This also saves energy, although the technology has already been designed to save energy, which means that the battery also has a Runtime of around 7,5 hours. An optional USB power bank can also be connected to the USB-C port.
