The model is equipped with the 2S image intensifier tube Photonis XX0041. The brightness is set manually and can therefore be optimally adjusted to personal needs. This means that glare from the effects of light is almost completely ruled out.
The picture tube with an average output of 45 to 64 lp / mm depicts objects and landscapes in a natural and detailed manner. The image is displayed in green.
An original PVS 14 from non-US production was used for the optics. In conjunction with the Photonis picture tube, night-lux has succeeded in developing a very powerful device that was previously not possible in this price range. The eyepiece impresses with its extreme edge sharpness.
The robust housing is also lightning-proof and shock-resistant. A CR2 battery is required for operation, this has a running time of up to 30 hours.
