The iRay Mini series are the first thermal imaging devices that offer both as Handheld device, but primarily as helmet camera can be used. This is possible due to the compact dimensions, which until now have only been available from Action cameras knows. Despite the minimal housing dimensions, the devices can also shine in terms of performance and functionality.
The Xeye ML19 is the smaller of the two mini models with a sensor resolution of 384 x 288 pixels Fits Pitch of 17 microns.
The thermal sensor can through the temperature sensitivity of 50 microkelvin reproduce every heat source in detail and exactly. And not only in the dark, but also in the sunshine during the day.
An adult-sized object can travel up to a distance of 696 meters be well detected. This can be done with 1 to 4 x enlarged and additionally with up to 8 x in digital be zoomed in. A special feature is the maximum field of view width of almost 35 meters, which means that the thermal imaging helmet camera can be used as a multi-talent at close range and in the medium range.
Equipped with PiP (Picture-in-picture), which allows a detail to be observed more closely without having to change the current position. A second window is displayed above the view on the screen for this purpose.
The built-in monitor even offers HD quality 1280 x 960 pixels up. Crystal-clear photos and moving images are therefore possible and menus are sharp and high-contrast enough to be able to read them easily at any time.
Also included is one Bluetooth remote control, but the ML19 can also be used with the mobile app control remotely.
The thermal imaging observation device can be used with both Batteries, Batteries or an external one Power Bank operate.
